Privacy Policy

Tradewalks Immigration Services Ltd. ("Tradewalks", "we", "our") is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) firm regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC, Member No. 710454). We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

What we collect

Identity, contact, immigration history, education, employment, family details and any documents you provide for the purpose of evaluating eligibility, preparing and filing applications with IRCC, and providing immigration advice.

How we use it

Solely to deliver the services in your retainer agreement, to comply with our regulatory obligations, and to communicate with you about your file. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Disclosure

We disclose information only to: IRCC and other government authorities as required to process your application; your designated representatives; service providers under confidentiality agreements; and where required by law or by order of a court or tribunal.

Storage and retention

Files are stored on encrypted Canadian-hosted infrastructure. Closed files are retained for 10 years per CICC Retention of Client File Regulation, then securely destroyed.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal information by emailing tradewalks@gmail.com. Complaints may be directed to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or to CICC.
