1. About these terms

By accessing tradewalks.ca you agree to these Terms. Tradewalks Immigration Services Ltd. is a CICC-licensed RCIC firm (Member No. 710454).

2. No legal advice without a retainer

Information on this website, including calculators, draw trackers, processing-time estimates and blog content, is general information only. A consultant–client relationship is created only upon execution of a written retainer agreement and receipt of agreed funds in trust.

3. Accuracy of live data

The IRCC Live Feed, Express Entry tracker and processing times are sourced from canada.ca and refreshed automatically. Government data may change without notice; always confirm the latest figures on the official IRCC website before acting.

4. Calculator disclaimers

The CRS, IELTS-to-CLB and FSW 67-point tools provide directional estimates only. Final eligibility is determined by an IRCC officer applying the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations.

5. Fees and refunds

All professional fees, refund terms and limitations of liability are set out in your individual retainer agreement, which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.

6. Prohibited use

You may not misrepresent your identity, scrape automated data from this site, or use it to facilitate immigration fraud. Misrepresentation is a five-year inadmissibility offence under section 40 of IRPA.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.
